'We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad bij The Datai. De ligging midden in het regenwoud is werkelijk uniek: omringd door natuur en bijzondere dieren. Een hoogtepunt was de tour met Dave, de bioloog, die ons met veel enthousiasme de schoonheid van flora en fauna liet ontdekken. Ook zijn we enorm goed verzorgd door Stephane, de general manager, die ervoor zorgde dat alles direct tot in de puntjes geregeld werd. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons welkom, met een glas champagne bij aankomst....

'Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
