« It is like a big sauna. No air conditioning in the room. Torture »

« City Studios is offering a place to stay with the convenience of self catering. The room was clean, the kitchen well equipped and I had plenty of space for my stuff. The check in is different to what I was told. They do not use the app anymore, just head into reception. My door to the room was a challenge - it didn’t close easily. Maybe something to look at. I didn’t like that I couldn’t watch normal live TV, but I enjoyed the Christmas movie channel. 😂 Overall a sufficient place for rest,...

« Beautiful cottage. Wonderful decor and spotless. Lovely comfy bed and great nights sleep as area so peaceful. Wonderful village main street just 3 mins walk to pubs and lovely eateries. »

« The host Donna was brilliant, the service was great and she kept intouch with me. The room was lovely and had everuthing you need. I highly recommend to stay here. I am looking forward to staying again in the future. »

« The front desk lady was the most professional. One front man was very smiling, polite, professional. The two others much too casual, lack of class, not the behavior expected from front desk staff. I was given an apartment with a view on a parking, while the site boasts a nice corner room with roof windows. They kindly swapped this one for another, slightly better, but I had no linen for the sofa bed. I waited 25-30 minutes at the lobby for someone to give me the set. There was no staff. They...

« The property was very tired, nothing like the photos on the listing, Definately not a 9 star. Shower leaked, the bed was horrible, a park bench would have been more comfortable. The pillows were also uncomfortable. Sheets were rough and clearly had been laundered a lot. Photos were clearly staged, no pretty pillows or towels or flowers. Just a plain room. Shower was very small, could barely move around. The location was good for our needs and it was quiet. Not enough positives to stay our 3...

« Amazing property, clean, spacious, excellent location and well resources. I definitely recommend. »

« Good potential but had to negotiate for access to swimming and breakfast on check-in (which was part of listing in the first place!). Quite embarrasing to have to do this in front of other guests in the line when it should have been straight forward. Family enjoyed the stay in the end thankfully. The image of the Hydro-Spa should be removed as its an extra fees. »

« Tout était parfait. Rien à redire »

« Very clean rooms and living area. fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, microwave, etc Staff are kind and helpful. Beautiful views, enjoyed our time in the UK very much. Would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. »
