'The Host and Kevin were very welcoming. Kevin was very helpful and friendly. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Coffee bar was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. AC/Heating unit makes it easy to sleep. Our dogs loved the property. '

'The house is a cute set up. However, the listing does not say it’s across the street from a cemetery and church. The house was not very clean, and items left for guests like wash cloths, trash bags, towels are very limited. In the case of the trash bags & toilet paper the bags are thin and small even in the kitchen and don’t fit the trash can. The toilet paper is one ply. The bed was messy when we checked in. Grass burs on the floor. '

'Property was felt save and was pet friendly. There was the drought, so no waterfront views or any time of water. Over all it was relaxing.'
