« This is one of the most unsanitary places I’ve been in. The toilet looked unclean and the bed had a few critters on them. It had lack of electricity (no microwave, bad wifi service unless you’re on the second level). There was another resort beside us which had all necessities. Would be better to book a stay there. »

To HOTELS.COM you should be promt remmiting to them whats should be theirs. Its their hotel we are paying and staying, not your. »

« The resort landscape is amazing. The service from maintenance and the receptionist are excellent but the cafeteria ladies are not quite hospitable (they should learn how to SMILE). The hotel must do something with the mosquitoes. The housekeepers should clean the rooms well, dust the furnitures, sweep the floor under the bed and must replace the linens with new ones. »
