« Stayed here again and the property was still as nice and cosy as I remembered. Nice location and walkable to the town centre. Check out was a bit early at 10am but when I asked if we could check out a bit later they said we could have up to 11am so we were happy with that. »

« My stay (booked 5 months earlier) was cancelled the morning of my arrival at Bremen (for an exhibition) by NUMAâŠeven if I had double checked again 2 days earlier of my arrival (directly with NUMA CS) my booking with NUMA confirmation ref!!!.
They told me « sorry, call Expedia for support »
Scandalous situation when all city is fully
booked for the exhibition.
Of course, due to that critical city status, Hotels.com was able to propose me a hotelâŠby 30kms (only) away from city center.

« My family had an excellent experience at this property. Beginning with communication, easy straightforward self check in especially as non-German speakers all the way to the amenities, it was an experience that deserves 5 stars.
The space was perfectly clean, well maintained, updated with AC available for warm nights and all amenities available were good quality from the coffee to the towels.
We particularly appreciated the housekeeper who had the sofa bed made up and ready for us to crash...
