'We were a family of 4 and our scheduled stay was one night. The flush in our bathroom was not functioning and there was nobody who could come and take a look at it since it was the weekend. Communicating over WhatsApp or calling the number provided yielded no result other than a promise to pass on the complaint to have it looked at when "someone" was available (the soonest was the next morning, but that did us no good since we were going to be checking out). Neither was the person I communicated...

'Super price quality balance. In the night, a bit of effort to find a parking (empty) space in front of the hotel, but both nights we could find a parking spot. The room has little artistic interior and a bit feels like a hospital room, but it was very clean and functional. We will stay again when we come to Heusenstamm. Thank you. '
