'Staff very friendly'

'Excellent service, clean room, nice amenities.'

'We recommend this hotel. Staff is very kind. Room comfortabele and spacious. Good breakfast! '

'It was a wonderful experience. Breakfast was amazing. The beds, room and shower super comfy and overall atmosphere was great. Add a swimming pool to the roof and it will be a 5-stae hotel for sure. Only tips we have: laundry service was per piece instead of per kilo. And there is a sauna. In other hotels we sometimes got 30 minute spa experience per room per day for free to make it accessible. But no complaints it was great overall'

'Great hotel in a perfect location. The street is pedestrian, so there is no traffic noise, and all rooms are facing away from the street. All amenities are great, the staff is very helpful and professional, all in all, a very very nice place to stay in Arequipa. The building was originally a travertine mansion, with a wrought iron gate, a cool patio, arches, columns and all the aesthetics of the Spanish colonial style. Very glad to have found it!'

'We stayed 2 nights. The location is top, nect to the monastery and 2 blocks away from the Plaza de Armas. We were offered an upgrade for extra money, but we took the superior room we booked. The only window looked out over a service corridor with little privacy. Breakfast is okayish and the sauna not really usuable. We did not get the free upgrade (if available) nor a free drink as promised by Expedia. Good stay overall though, Arequipa wonderful'

'Very neat, room has all what you need. Very friendly people. Had to leave early morning, breakfast to go was ready to take!'

'Great view from the rooftop terrace'

'Room was really nice and clean. Toilet a bit small, wifi was not always working. Nice staff very good massages and perfect location.'
