« Nice smell in the room and toilets. Not stinky smell we get in some of the star hotels where I stayed. I am impressed with the room. The restaurant service is good but your time restrictions are awful. Once the customer is inside the time period you need to serve him whatever he wants. You cannot say that your time is over. This is very bad customer service. »

« The improvements. The verandah on 8th floor smelling horrible. It was hot and could not walk. The bath rooms did not enough cloth hanging fixtures. The spray nozzle on the toilet was least flexible and difficult to operate. The coffee in the breakfast time needs improvement. It does not taste like madras’s coffee. »
