'The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. 'The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains.
