« We were just there for a quick stop over, but could not use the shower due to build up in the drain that wouldn’t allow water to drain, and sent black gunk swirling when we turned on the water. There were also bugs, but dead and alive, in the living room. It has potential, but seems to need a new cleaning service! »

« We had a wonderful stay at this townhome! We were in town for a baseball tournament and wanted more space and comfort than a hotel could offer. The location was excellent—we could easily walk to Millennium Park and several great downtown restaurants.One of our favorite features was the creek behind the property, which provided a peaceful spot for birdwatching or fishing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, and having a washer and dryer available was a huge bonus...

« When we arrived at the property we found bed bugs in one of the beds and when we notified the host it was no resolution or customer service offered to amend the problem. »
