« Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed! »

« Clean, well-appointed space. Check-in was easy as could be. When I needed to call the owner, I got an answer right away. Beautiful place and you can see so many stars. Definitely recommend! When we come back to ride the railroad with our kids, I think we'll be staying here again. »

« Cutest little house in the woods. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, and the very comfortable bed. It was quiet and relaxing in this home, and it was so nice to have the essentials provided (like coffee, sugar, creamer, garbage bags, paper towels, detergent). Very close to the brewery, and to the center of town. »

« Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful property on a secluded lot with pleasant views of woods and mountains all around. For two people, there is more than enough space for anything you are likely to want to do. The kitchen is modern and well-stocked and the furniture is all wet comfortable.About a 12-minute drive into the center of Berkeley Spring, and about 25 minutes to Cacapon State Park. Highly recommended. »

« If you are looking for a fun get away at the lake I would highly reccomend this VRBO. We enjoyed the fire place and the hot tub. The cabin was clean and well maintained and the hosts were great wit communication. We loved writing in the book to make out mark on the cabins history. It was also close to many different places to eat and deep creek activities. We hope to return in the future. »

« It was a rustic cabin, it had power, microwave, a good size fridge. Easy to get to, could park right out front. Had use of our own port-a-potty. Walking distance to the creek. Kids loved playing it in. Dog friendly. Owner was very friendly. We happen to come during out of normal hot temps… but at night still very comfortable. WiFi is only at the main house and had bring being our own bedding, that was unclear on this site… but on the main website it’s much more clear. Thanks again! If I ever...

« We stayed at Perched in the Trees to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect! Such a lovely retreat that feels so far away and secluded, but is close to great food and attractions. We were especially impressed with our takeout dinner (the crab cakes were delicious!) from Jimmy Joy’s, which we enjoyed eating on the screened porch.
