Village Retreat, Resort Pool and 3 blocks to beach !

Welcome to Village Retreat, a wonderful home in the Villages of Crystal Beach. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 12 people. There are three guest rooms all with king beds. There is a 4th bedroom with two full size bunk beds. Finally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that can accommodate 2 guests. One of the bedrooms and baths is on the first floor, for your convenience.

The home comes with everything necessary for guests to enjoy the pool and beach. Village retreat is equipped with a beach kit that includes beach towel for all guest, beach chairs, floatie, wake boards, and toys. There is a wagon available for transport to the beach.

For guests, travelling with small children, we have a stroller, pack and play crib, high chairs and games for the children to enjoy. Hopefully, this helps lighten your luggage load.

A full laundry room is available to keep the beach clothes fresh.

Each room is equipped with a smart TV capable of accessing Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, Pandora, etc and cable. TV.

The kitchen is well equipped with plates, utensils and complete cooking supplies. Appliances include a toaster oven, blender, and coffee makers to ensure you have all the comforts of home.
The Villages of Crystal Beach is a gated community.

One of the greatest features of this spectacular community is the large resort-like pool complete with a tiki bar and hot tub area. This home has been recently renovated and we intend to ensure it becomes your preferred vacation spot.

Within a 5 minute walk, you have Destin Commons, Whole Foods, and many great restaurants to choose from. While the beach is only a 10-15 minute walk, there is also a free shuttle at your service during spring break (March 1-April 17) and from May to October 31

The pool will be heated during Spring break, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Parking:

Two parking spots are available in front of the unit for your comfort, but everything is so close you will be able to walk to most place


Pets:

Up to 2 dogs will be allowed. Pet fee will be $200 per stay. All pets must be disclosed at booking. Pets can not be left unattended unless crated.

Undisclosed pets will result in $300 additional fee and possible cancelation. Pets are not allowed in shared areas like the pool and must be leashed at all times in the community.

Most Destin beaches like Henderson and Miramar restrict dogs, however Okaloosa Island Dog Beach welcomes dogs. Guests are responsible for following all local beach pet rules.


House Rules:

Guest must agree to the following as part of the booking
1. There is no smoking allowed anywhere in the home. If you choose to smoke, please do so far away from the property and dispose of butts in the proper place.
2. Parties are not allowed in the home . Events in the home are only allowed by registered guests.
3. Guest must be 18 years old to book. Guests 21 and under will have to authorize an additional deposit. Please contact us before booking if that is the case.
4. In special circumstances, pets maybe allowed. Please contact us to discuss in greater details.
5. Parking is only allowed on the property for two vehicles. There is no parking allowed on the streets. Overflow parking is provided on the back lot on first come-first serve basis. The HOA will tow cars who are parked illegally.
6. Noise levels must be appropriate as to not disturb other guests in the community at all times.
7. All pool guests require a wrist band and guest must follow all other pool rules with respect to diving, watching children, etc. Detailed rules will be provided in the guidebook or upon request.
8. Deposit amounts are only pre-authorized (not collected ahead). If there are no issues, this authorization will drop off your account within 7 days of departure. The registered guest is responsible for any damage to home, items, linens, as well as any lost pool bands, towels or equipment.
9. Guest counts are stictly enforced. The max number of guests allowed in the home is 12. Guests under age 3 do not count in the total.
10: FYI Surveillance or recording devices on property - There is one camera on the outside of the property viewing the front door for security. There are no internal cameras in the property.
