Welcome to Bohemian Beach Retreat! Just blocks from the beach on Destins desirable west side, this eye-catching villa is great for groups who want to fill their days (and nights) with everything this famous stretch of Floridas Emerald Coast has to offer. With 6 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms, it has 3,140 feet and can accommodate up to 16 people.

1. The walk to the beach. Youre just a three-minute stroll from a super-convenient access point that leads you right onto the white sands of Crystal Beach directly adjacent to Henderson State Park and its world-class snorkeling reef.

2. The smile-inducing backyard. The pool here is a modern rectangle of turquoise with a luxurious sun shelf good for hours of shallow-water lounging. Surrounded by an expansive cobblestone patio, loungers and an outdoor dining area, youre simply not going to find a better afternoon hang than right here.

3. The king size beds. Theres one in every adult bedroom here. Nobodys drawing the short straw and sleeping in the queen. Not here. Not on this trip.

4. Bocce, anyone? Whats better than coming home from a day at the beach, grabbing a cold one, cranking the music to a fun but respectful 7, and rolling heavy, ceramic balls? Nothing. Nothing is better than that. And you can do it here in the brand-new backyard sand bocce court.

5. The surrounding neighborhood. Youre located in the heart of Destins vacation district, where the beautiful homes all around you are fun to gawk at and you can rest assured that all your neighbors are there for a good time, too.

Located in Northwest Florida, Destin is dubbed the “world's luckiest fishing village.” This Emerald Coast city is known for its sparkling white beaches, numerous golf courses, and world-famous fishing. Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
- Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (April 1 - October 31).

Parking Details:
- Please make sure you park only in the designated property parking locations. If your home offers street parking, please make sure you read all posted signage.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
