Newly renovated, our vacation rental features a queen sleeper sofa, a cozy loveseat, and additional seating, complemented by stylish coffee table and end tables. Unwind with family movies on the 52" Smart TV and digital cable. With tile and hardwood flooring throughout, you'll appreciate the easy access to the ground floor and parking lot via nearby stairs—no need to wait for elevators here!

Kitchen: Well-appointed kitchen is a chef's delight, showcasing new granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances and updated kitchen cabinets. It's fully equipped with everything you need to inspire the Chef in you during your vacation. The dining table seats six, making it perfect for family meals or quick bites before heading to the private beach!

Bedrooms: Your restful retreat awaits in the master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and 42" Smart TV for late-night entertainment. The bathroom is equipped with a beautifully updated vanity and double sinks with granite countertops.
