This beautiful 12th floor beachfront condominium in the Silver Shells St. Maarten building has more than 2,000 square feet of living space and 360 square feet of balcony space. The living room, dining room, and master bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows that open up to private balconies with spectacular views overlooking the pool, beaches, and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This condominium has a private elevator that opens directly into the unit.

Association Rules you will want to make sure you are aware of: This property has extremely strict occupancy codes. No more than eight guests can occupy this unit, or the association will ask guests to depart. You can set up the beach chairs anywhere on the beach. You can only set up beach chairs. No umbrellas or tents in front of the beach service set ups. If you want to set up tents or umbrellas you must do this to the right or the left of the beach service which is the public beach.

Parking: Only 2 cars per unit are allowed on the property, one in the assigned parking area and one in the overflow area. No golf carts, trailers, U-Hauls, jet skis, boats, or RVs on property. The security team strictly enforces this.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
