The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds and an adjoining bath with soaking tub and shower. The living has a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen features updated new cabinets, counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This condo has tile throughout common areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. Separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar. Large 65" flat screen TV can be found in the living room with 50" TVs in both bedrooms. This is an east end unit with extra windows in the kitchen, living room, and dining room.  Reserved indoor parking. Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking.
