    U zult zich meteen thuis voelen tijdens uw vakantiedagen bij It Had To Be You. Ervaar de zoute lucht in een van de vele buitenruimtes. Laat de kinderen spelen op de omhullende houten veranda of plonzen in het gemeenschappelijke zwembad naast de deur. Geniet van uw ochtendkoffie of 's middags spritzer met uitzicht op de buurt vanaf het dek op de 3e verdieping.

    Als onderdeel van de wijk Crystal Shores heeft het huis veel voordelen. Er zijn handige trottoirs naar de toegang tot het strand, op zeer korte afstand van het huis, op minder dan een blok afstand van de Golf van Mexico, met zijn witte zandstranden en warme oceaanwateren. It Had to Be You is ook zo dichtbij dingen om te doen! Afgezien van alle opwindende strandactiviteiten, kunt u genieten van een verscheidenheid aan restaurants, waaronder Camille's aan de overkant van de straat en de Destin Commons, een prachtig openluchtwinkelcentrum aan de overkant van de snelweg, talloze golfbanen en bioscopen ... allemaal binnen een mijl afstand!

    Volgens HOA-regels: Voertuigen mogen niet 's nachts op straat worden geparkeerd, kunnen niet over de stoep worden geparkeerd, kunnen niet worden geparkeerd in het voorrangsgrasgebied tussen de stoep en de straat of worden geparkeerd op lege kavels. Extra voertuigen moeten buiten de buurt van Crystal Shores worden geparkeerd.

    Geen RV's vrachtwagens met commerciële letters, bussen, trailers, boten of jetski's kunnen worden geparkeerd bij Crystal Shores. Dit huis biedt parkeergelegenheid voor 3 voertuigen van gemiddelde grootte of 2 voertuigen en een golfkar. Deze buurtregels worden strikt gehandhaafd, onderhevig aan een boete van $ 100 als ze niet voldoen.

    Tijdens Spring Break en Summer vereist dit huis een verblijf van zaterdag tot zaterdag. Alle andere keren hebben we een minimumverblijf van 4 nachten nodig.

Great property very close to the beach. Plenty of space and the yard is an added bonus. Enjoyed our stay overall. The window treatments need help, the blinds do not keep any of the light out and you’re up with the sun.

Perfect location

For a family of 10 with teenagers and small children, this was the perfect location with tons of room for everyone to have privacy and a spacious room for us to all come together. Very short walk to the beach came as an added plus for quick trips for lunch at our beautiful home away from home.

It Had To Be You

The house was nice & it was clean. Loved the location to the beach. It would have been nice to have a decent broom/dust pan to sweep up the sand in the house & have rugs by the doors also. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

Great house, close to the beach.

We loved the house. The property manager was great. The grill that was at the house was falling apart and they brought a brand new one the next morning. The walk to the beach was very short. Only issue and it's a small one is that the pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures but it was still a very nice and clean pool area.

Convenient

Great house perfect for family. On our third day we woke up to a water leaking in the living room from the furnace, but the management address the problem right way. The bathroom shower curtain was moldy and some area of the house smells musty. The toilet paper holder of the master BR was broken, but that was the least of my worry. Overall the house was very nice and the beach was like 50 steps from the house.

Great family time at the Beach

Our family had a wonderful week at the beach and thoroughly enjoyed stating at this property. The location was superb, the property spacious and clean with easy access to shopping or the beach. We’ll be back!

Great location

We had a great time staying at this house! Super close to the beach with a less than 5 minute walk. House is nice, a little dated in style of furnishings and the leather on the couch is peeling in places. Bed is master bedroom very uncomfortable. Kitchen was stocked with stuff to cook but you will need to bring spices, sugar, etc. There were no beach chairs, etc so that type of item also needs to be brought with. House is spacious and was perfect in size for our family and our teenagers and their friends. Overall a great experience. Would stay here again in the future.

Stayed here for my daughter’s wedding

My family stayed here for my daughters wedding. Everything in the house is nice! A little dated, but everything was clean! We enjoyed how close the property was to the beach and the community pool!

Great house!

This property is amazing. Close to the beach and has a great vibe! The entire property was so clean -even the small decorations and statues. You can tell this house is loved by the owner. Lots of fun pictures around.

Spacious and great Location!

We are frequent visitors to Destin and crystal beach area. First time staying at this property, and location was superb! Less than 100 steps to the water! And 50 steps to Camilles which is everything you are looking forward in a restaurant! We had a house full of 10 guests -Rooms were large and spacious! Property was clean, and kept no smells and everything needed worked! We did enjoy the rather unique photo findings through out the house if you like Tom Selleck this place is for you! We recommend this property!

Great location!

This was an easy walk to the beach and the pool was right Nextdoor. The beds were comfortable, house was mostly clean - could use a deep clean (dishwasher and upstairs jet tub) but all surfaces and sheets, etc we’re in excellent condition. Check in and out was easy. Would stay again.

Fantastic stay!

This property is an excellent place to stay for your family vacation. Bedroom for my mom on the main floor so no stairs for her. Great energy in the house. Carpet under table and green carpet though out was a little stained but understand as it’s a rental. Loved all the family photos...and Tom S. Will be back for sure.

It has to be them!!!

This was an incredible find for the perfect family vacation. There were six of us staying at this property and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their space. Everything was clean, aside from the fact that the garbage cans were left completely overflowing by the previous tenants. The check in process was flawless but the absolute best part of this property is the location. The neighborhood is amazing, the pool is right next-door and you are half a block off the beach. My kids have declared at one of the best vacations ever, thank you!!!!

The good and bad

The house was beautiful, but we had some issues. The t.v. in the living room would not work much of the time. Also, there were very few kitchen utensils, no can opener, etc. The last night of our stay, there was a huge disturbance next door with very loud talking, loud music, with men in the jacuzzi which continued until after 12:00 a.m. It was most disturbing. The 10:00 rule was definitely violated. They were back in it the next morning very early.
