    SunDestin 1608 is a bright and welcoming 1-bedroom condo offering Gulf views and a private balcony in Destin. This unit features a full kitchen, open living area, and flexible sleeping arrangements for up to six guests. With a king bed, bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa, it’s perfect for families or small groups. Enjoy resort amenities and a central location just steps from the beach and near restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.



    The Space:

    SunDestin Beach Resort sits directly on the shores of the Emerald Coast. The Scenic Stays team is available 24/7 at the front desk and looks forward to welcoming you! SunDestin amenities include a newly renovated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, newly renovated onsite restaurant, outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally), and much more.



    Upon entering SunDestin 1608, you'll see the bedroom and a hall bunk. At the end of the hall you'll find a completely renovated, fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. A breakfast bar has seating for four and a small table has seating for two to enjoy coffee in the mornings. An open dining and living room offer sweeping views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico below. The living area has decor bringing the outside in and is a great place to gather to enjoy the complimentary DVD rentals that come with your stay. Step out on the balcony and find ample seating to take in the best views of the sunset.



    Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the twin bunk beds nestled in the hallway or the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. This one-bedroom condo has a full bath and a half bath to accommodate everyone.



    Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

This was hands down the best property to stay at in Destin. The view from the panoramic balcony were breathtaking and the pools and jacuzzi on the property were perfect

The room was great. View was beautiful! The only complaint is the pull out couch. That definitely needs a new mattress! You can’t possibly sleep on that.

For our first trip to Destin this location was great! Right in the middle of lots of things to do and Lots of restaurants to choose from. All staff were amazing and helpful. Beach access and amenities couldn’t be beat. We would definitely stay here again.

Construction was not listed in any communication regarding the property. Would have booked somewhere else had we known the resort was under construction. Nothing like listening to a generator run all day. Over paid, indoor pool is also non existent. Messaged host and crickets. But that’s why they didn’t say anything or no one would book there.

Enjoyed our stay at the SunDestin Resort. Conveniently located and ample parking. Staff friendly and helpful. The unit was nice and well maintained. Updated lobby area and gift shop are nice. Beautiful views of Gulf from balcony. Could use some new table and chairs out on balcony.

Everything was as described. Great view from the balcony. Front desk staff was very helpful and informative. Very convenient to a lot of restaurants and shops. Only thing to know is that you have to rent umbrella and chairs unless you want to place your own chairs behind several rows of rentals.

Our stay

Thr location of this hotel is great. The only couple things that we didn't like were: the master bed was really hard, the air conditioning was so loud in the bedroom it would wake us up every time it came on at night, and that you were only permitted to put your tent up on the hottest part of the beach because the front was reserved for the hotels rental umbrellas and chairs that cost a lot. Everything else was good about this room, nice TV, great view, cute furniture and great kitchen.

Beautiful View

This was by far one of the best rooms. The bed was so comfortable. The furniture and decor very classy. The deck was my most favorite place of all. I had the pleasure of watching the sunset, against the clashing of beautiful clear blue waves on the first night we arrived... I truly enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to come back! The guest services was top notch too. I had a minor hiccup when booking my room (overcharging myself) and guest services stepped in and resolved the matter very timely. The representative was super friendly, professional and efficient. (Thanks again) My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you! Until next time, take care!

Place was clean. Fit my needs. Was told the pool would be closed but not told the hot tub in gym and the steam room were both also not available. Also anyone reading this it would be nice to know ont line the coffee pot in room is not a Keurig. And coffee down stairs in shop is very expensive. But couldn’t beat the location or the view from our lovely balcony. Furniture was all good. Table top on balcony was newer and nice. I would come back. It was hard to leave. Girls at desk were very friendly.

Overall good stay

The bedroom TV didn\'t work for 2 of our 3 nights. The refrigerator beeps and we couldn\'t understand how to fix it. The splash pad is in need of repairs, it wasn\'t fully operational. It was very disappointing to the little ones and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Other than that, everything was great.
