Understandably not their fault but the beach near by was closed and the only clear communication about it from them was not until a fee days before our arrival. The condo was BEAUTIFUL the views were priceless. The AC was not working in the unit which someone in the elevator mentioned was a whole building issue. The hot tub also did not work. Parking was super easy and convenient. Access to the water for fishing and viewing (other than the beach) was easy.

End of Summer

This was our 3rd time at this facility. Check in is always a breeze. The view was exceptional. Only wish Mother Nature would have been cooperative with weather. The unit has everything you would expect. Only issue we had was some of the electrical outlets did not work, but we worked around it as we were not going to let that distract us from the view. We are looking forward to our next visit in the future.

The views are amazing! The building not so much.. it’s a little outdated. I work for a 5 star facility in housekeeping so my standards are pretty high. I went with a few friends and they told me I was being picky. My shower had hair on the wall still, the couch had food stuck on it. I had to scrape off. Then on our last night my friends find a roach in the master tub. The comforters in the back bedroom had some disgusting stains.. I texted them all this on my departure day and I was told to have safe travels home. I also have pictures but they won’t let me post them Our overall experience was pretty good. The walk to the “beach” is not ideal when our condo had a gate to get to the “beach” but it was pad locked. I did not like walking all the way around the building

Beautiful view from Balcony! Missed close beach access for the kids and hot tub was not working until the last two days we were there. Roomy condo and would recommend. Views of the sand and water from the pool were perfect.

East Pass View is sure to Please

Gorgeous condo - decorated in beautiful island theme in all details. The balcony view is amazing and the reason we chose this location. The property has two towers. The tower #100 where stayed had cooling problems so last two days of stay the AC did not cool properly. By last day we had to sleep elsewhere. Arrival - the building interior was hot as a sauna and humid but seemed to improve. Meanwhile the condo AC unit was cooling very well but by second day it was struggling to keep cool. Called PM - just apologized for inconvenience. Comments from other guests said leaving due to no AC. The building had only one elevator operational out of two (work was in progress on other elevator during our whole stay) so slow going up and down. The pool for Bldg tower #100 is a downgrade compared to other tower #110's pool. We lacked chair cushions, rag tag umbrella if even there, closed hot tub, outside restrooms floors were filthy. Bldg #110 keeps its pool separate and locked from other building occupants. Sorry to see the construction right next door on Noriega Point. With the constructions fences - could not easily access the sand to walk to the inlet pools. Please adjust the refrigerator door so it opens on the right. Now the door is hinged on right and opens left but the opposing pantry door makes it impossible to stand in front of the frig and open the door no more than an inch between the open fridge door and pantry door.

False advertisement

We wanted to take our grandkids for a nice vacation but this place ended up being a huge let down!!! The pictures of this dump had to be taken back when it was first put up because they were very deceiving to say the least. There was a hole in the ceiling from water damage from the condo above it. A receipt in the floor was literally pulling up out of the floor itself. There was actually poop on the mattress of the one bed. We were on the third floor and had to use the stairs because the elevator was broke. There was also construction going on in front of the place so a big crane was sitting in the view of the water. When calling to ask the owner if they would give us our money back because of the situation all they said they would do is send a cleaning crew out to put a mattress topper over the poop stained mattress. This whole situation has literally made us sick we’re just out $$$$ on this dump that we didn’t even spend over a hour in. Please whatever you do don’t count on the pictures to be anything like what it actually is.

I have many complaints in regards to our stay. She washed my 11 month granddaughters There were dirty walls, dirty washing machine, light bulbs out, broken microwave handle, broken furniture unclean light fixtures. Then to go along with the outside which included shut down elevators, a view of construction, materials and lumber. Pics will be attached. This is unacceptable for the price I payed! Hotel next time.

If location is all you want...

Beautiful location/scenery of Destin pass and boats, but you need to only want that. The condo is outdated, extremely dusty, some mold growth on HVAC vents, master bath ceiling, and clothes washer. The hot tub (at pool) does not work, we were locked out of the gate to enter on our last night stay. Property manager's were easy to call/talk but we were locked out an hour before resolving. Zero staples in kitchen, limited cookware, and, althogth it didn't really bother us, the music/night life from across the harbor really is noticeable and lingers until around 3am. If that would bother you, this would be a no go, for sure. We will return to this area but not this condo.

Setting was beautiful. Condo was kind of dirty. Killed two humongous roaches. Elevator was broken when we arrived. Had to carry luggage/groceries up 3 flights of stairs. They did get the elevator fixed eventually. Hot tub wasn't working.

Relaxing stay with great views

We had a relaxing trip. The condo had great views from all balconies. We enjoyed that it was further away from the main strip. My teenage daughter and friend wanted to be closer to town. We rented them bikes and it was a short bike ride for them to meet up with friends. We liked how the beaches by the hotel were not as busy as the beaches off the main road. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Destin 2023

This condo was fantastic !!! We chose it for the location but also it had the beds we wanted in each room. The balconies and the views were the most spectacular!! The only (very small) negative I have is ,there was nothing left in the condo, not even a salt and pepper shaker. I would definitely recommend and return to this condo.
