This modern, luxurious Gulf-front Destin vacation rental in Emerald Dunes features an open floor plan and spectacular views.

With seating for six around the island and plush leather couches and chairs in the family room, it’s easy to strike up conversation while you prepare your beach feast with the Gulf of Mexico as the backdrop. The modern white and gray interior creates a sophisticated upscale setting allowing the blue hues of the Gulf in the background to shine.

This two-bedroom Destin condo features King beds in both bedrooms along with hallway bunks for kids. Its location on the east corner of the building offers spectacular views of sunrise and relaxing coastal breezes any time of day. With a dedicated beach access and community pool downstairs, Emerald Dunes 401 is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

GREAT LOCATION! Located on the west end of Scenic Highway 98 in Crystal Beach, the property is within walking/biking distance of local shops and restaurants. When it’s time for dinner, Camille’s, a favorite local restaurant known for their fresh sushi and intimate bar, is just steps away. During the day, Camille’s sidewalk café serves a limited menu of coffee, smoothies, breakfast and lunch items and local brews. Also nearby, guests will enjoy access to Publix (grocery store) and Destin Commons, featuring a bowling alley, movie theater, restaurants and diverse mix of shopping opportunities.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

NOTE: Emerald Dunes is a 100% SMOKE FREE, TOBACCO FREE property. No trailers, jet skis, RV's or boats are permitted.
