Newly purchased and renovated in January 2024. This beautiful unit, Barefoot Bungalow, is located on the 14th floor with phenomenal views of the beautiful emerald gulf coast. From the beachfront balcony, you can sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee and watch the dolphins or in the evening, have a glass of wine and watch the beautiful sunset. This view is truly stunning!

The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to make a quick snack or create a magnificent meal. We have a keurig coffee machine that includes the K-cup and automatic drip. We supply a starter setup of four k-cups cream, and sugar. There are beautiful white granite counters with a large breakfast bar.

This condo will exceed your expectations! It is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. This unit accommodates six easily. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large dresser with plenty of space. The en suite has gorgeous white tub/ shower. We provide six bath towels, six hand towel six washcloths and a makeup face cloth per bathroom. The custom designed bunk beds, each with its own 32” inch ROKU television is sure to be a hit with the kiddos! We have second full bathroom with New semi frameless shower. This bathroom also has six bath towels, six hand towel, six washcloths and a makeup wash cloth. A total of twelve of each towel. The living area has a new queen size sleeper sofa with a COZY KING 8 inch mattress.

The Pelican Beach Resort amenities rival the best with Three POOLS, one of which is indoor/outdoor. We are the only resort in Destin that has a Zero Entry Pool! We have TWO HOT-TUBS, a twenty man and an eight man, tennis courts, pickle ball, onsite cafe, sundry shop, and a TIKI Hut conveniently located between the Pool and Beach. Pelican Beach Resort also has a newly renovated fitness center and sauna room.

We are conveniently located in the heart of Destin with all the best restaurants and shopping, kids activities and a vibrant nightlife.
We have purchased two new Beach chairs and an umbrella for you to use during your stay. They are on located on the balcony

We provide a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face bar and hand soap. We also provide 4 rolls of toilet paper, 4 trash bags, 2 to 4 dish washer pods, a dish rag, dish towels and potholders. We do not provide beach towels.

No animals allowed, this is not a pet friendly resort. If you have a service animal and plan to book this unit, please be aware that there will be an extra cleaning fee of $500.00. We have to make sure everyone has a safe stay in our condo. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony this will result in a $500.00 fee and eviction. We have two designated smoking areas. We do suggest taking out travel insurance.
