This was a great property to stay out! Amazing view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Weather was not the best but we had no complaints spending more time indoors at this property.

Lots of rules to follow, paper products not available, no beach towels to use, not any cleaning supplies or dishwasher soap or sponge. The view was amazing and the patio was beautiful and comfortable. Bring plenty of bathroom supplies such as bath and hand soap

Amazing booking

We absolutely LOVED staying here! Everything was as exactly as it was described in the VRBO listing and it was very clean. They had clear instructions on what to do when we checked out and it was an easy location to find.

Perfect

This was the first time in Destin for my husband and myself. The condo was perfect! Location was right on the beach. Holiday Surf and Racquetball Club is a must stay if you plan on visiting Destin!

We will no longer be searching for a place to go to every year! This is THE place to be. Can’t complain about anything we had the best time. The guys who work down at the beach are amazing! We plan to be back next summer!

Beautiful ocean view

Condo was exactly as described, quiet on the 6th floor but easy to get to the beach. Unfortunately we did not have a good weather week, but still enjoyed the condo, and Destin, very much. Close to restaurants and shopping. This was our second year at Holiday Surf and Racquet, and we will be back.

Wonderful trip

Condo very updated. Couches were big enough for my two kids that we didn’t need to open up and have to do that morning and night. The grounds were very clean and my kids said the check in desk and elevators always smelt clean.

Clean and well stocked units. Great beach access and even had complimentary chairs and umbrellas. The pool area was very nice and the pool was heated. We didn’t use the tennis or shuffle board courts but watched several people use them and they seemed to be in great condition. Overall we loved it and would stay there again.

The room was beautiful with decorations. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only negative I’d say is the shower/bath was old. There was no plug for my son to take a bath and the drain looked rusted! I do wish they had a gift shop for those little things we sometimes forget . Everything else was great and we always enjoy our time in Destin and don’t want to ever leave!

The chairs on the balcony are top notch and makes the view even better to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Our only complaint of the room is that the bathroom sink is a bowl and sits too high for us to use easily. Looks cute but not functional. Office staff super friendly and we arrived late in evening and security officer was so kind and helpful. Would definitely return!!

Luggage racks available at the front door. Check in made easy. Staff very welcoming. Elevated access to the floor with handicap ramps. Door code and entry also made easy. The room was immaculate! Everything you ever needed, including a very comfortable bed, clean floor with no sand granules, and a view from the room to die for! Thank you for such an inviting stay.
