Perfect Getaway

The location of the house you can’t beat. You can actually see the ocean. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. The house’s proximity to Walmart and/or activities were convenient. Overall, great place for the holidays.

Priceless Memories

What an amazing beach rental home. Many priceless memories were made this week. We have stayed in several rentals in Destin and this is by our favorite. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The ice makers on two different floors and multiple washer and dryers made it is easy for everyone. We have several grandchildren and they loved the pool and bunk room. With only a short walk to the beach everyone was able to enjoy the beach. We loved catching and releasing the ghost crabs at night on the beach. So much fun and relaxation.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time in Destin last week, and we all enjoyed this home! There were nine in our group ranging from 11 to 79 years old. The home suited all of us. The kitchen is great - we used the heck out of the ice maker. Very handy! The elevator made it easy to take luggage and groceries up to the 2nd and/or 3rd floors. Two laundry areas were excellent as well. The pool was big enough and enjoyable. Overall, really great stay!

Heaven on earth

We have stayed in Destiny By The Sea for the past 6 years. This is our first year in Latitude Adjustment and we will ALWAYS stay in this house. The amenities were top notch. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything you could possibly imagine. Over the top decorating, so comfortable and perfect for a large family. Best house on the beach.

Wonderful property!!

We had the best time in Destin!! The house and amenities were phenomenal. We had 10 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. The kitchen/ living room area was our favorite as there was plenty of room for everyone and the balcony off that room was wonderful!! The bedrooms are spacious and the house was just perfect!! The kids loved the pool and the elevator was also a plus when bringing in luggage and groceries. The house met all of our expectations and more. If you are looking for a beautiful, spacious home, close to the beach, this is the house for you!!

This property exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful and just across the street from one of the most gorgeous beaches we have ever been to. We traveled with a group of couples for a 40th birthday celebration and it could not have been more perfect!

We had the absolute best time at this property! Quiet neighbor, which made it even more relaxing! We loved the very short walk to the beach, also a short drive to all the tourist things. The house was beautiful, the pool was so exactly the perfect size, & the neighbor was a dream! We can't wait to book our next stay!

Perfect Vacation

Family of 11. This was the perfect location for our week long family vacation. Great access to the beach, close to great restaurants, and the home was perfect. Every one has plenty of space and SO MANY BALCONIES perfect for relaxation!!! It was such a peaceful place. We will be back.

Quiet Beach Getaway

The location of the house was great. A short walk to the beach. We love the fact that the community and beach was private. The house was beautiful along with the decor. The kitchen was amazing. There was plenty of seating and space. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds. There was a small maintenance issue which was cleared up within an hour after notification to the property manager. The only concern was with the doors to the balconies did not fully lock so when there was a high wind gust the doors slowly forced open. Check-in was great and the elevator made unpacking and packing easy. At night it was very quiet and peaceful. I would love to stay again soon, and I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a good time!

Yes, my family and I had a good time celebrating my birthday last week. There were just too many inconveniences for me to want to return to this home. It’s a beautiful home that is clean, well appointed and is convenient to the beach. It was convenient that the home had 6 bedrooms each bedroom has an en-suite. It also has an elevator that we used to get our luggage to the upper levels. It was also convenient that the house has a large garage to park in, however, they will not supply a garage code to open the garage door. You must walk around to the front of the house, input the code in the front door, go to the garage and open the door to pull the car in. Then when you leave you must back out, have someone close the garage door, leave through the front door and walk around the house to get in the car. There were quite a few inconveniences that could easily be remedied but there is no flexibility. If they would maybe charge me an extra $100 a week they could leave an extra roll of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage sack, dish, laundry and bath soap. We had to go buy all of these items and they are sold in packs much larger than we needed for a week. Then we are threatened with loss of security deposit if we don’t throw out everything. What a waste!! I would have left trash bags, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels and toilet paper for the next family if I’d thought they’d get it. Btw, there was only salt and pepper in those awful picnic shakers so we did leave fresh sets with grinders, How does a family/group stay for a week without needing these items? Also, having to pack beach towels to go on a beach vacation really fills your luggage. We couldn’t get the grill to light at lunch the first day. They didn’t respond to our text for hours. The master shower didn’t work and they sent a repair person on the 3rd day after we texted. Because air travel is no longer flexible we were on a flight that landed at 11 am. We can not check in to the house until 4 pm. This wouldn’t have been as inconvenient if we didn’t have a 3 month old that needs naps, bottles made, etc but we did. Then having to check out at 10 am forced us to leave a day early so we didn’t have the same inconveniences of waiting in an airport for hours before flights leave to our destination. I’m sure you think my name is Karen but I feel like if I had been told about all of the inconveniences I may have chosen another home/management group.. ?
