Deep water access with 100ft dock and shore power. Boats are welcome but no trailers or RVs allowed on property. If you are bringing a trailer make arrangements with us for free parking offsite.
Brand new to VRBO we are happy to open our doors to you and yours! Recently renovated our home boasts a South Beach ambiance with fun and vibrant decor. It offers all the bells and whistles that will make your vacation everything you dreamed it to be! It has 3 king rooms with ensuite full baths. 2 of the kings are on the ground floor, one of the kings has a set of twin bunks and it has its own entrance. There is 1 king upstairs with a full bath and 2 queen rooms upstairs who share a full bath with 2 sinks. Two spacious living rooms, one up and one down. A large kitchen island that seats 6 and a round dining table for 8. There is separate full bar downstairs for entertaining by the pool and heated jacuzzi for an additional cost. Enjoy the outdoor Tiki Hut and grill with several outdoor dining areas to choose from. It has a wrap around balconey with a high top dining table for 8. You can watch fireworks from the second floor balcony or the outdoor fire pit. It is a 3 min walk to the. beach or a 1 min cart ride. The Harbor Fireworks shows take place every Thursday during the summer from Memorial Day through mid- August. The first Thursday night summer show of 2022 will be Thursday June 2nd at 9:00pm. You can also call a water taxi to pick you up from the dock and to drop you off at Norriego Point or take the gulf cart there to watch them! The house has a great vibe that we know you will love!

Golf cart available for an additional cost charged separately. It's $575 plus tax for the week. Must be 25 yrs old with valid drivers license and proof of inc.

Jacuzzi and pool can be heated for $40 a day or $250 per week.

The Lotel is located in Holiday Isle, the best place to be in Destin because it’s not on Hwy 98 and you don’t have to deal with summer traffic! You can navigate to everything from Holiday Isle! Private beach access down the street. The Water Taxi can pick you up from the back yard and taxi you to Harborwalk Village for entertainment and dinning. Bicycle to Norriego Point to watch fireworks every Thursday night during the summer. You can also see the fireworks from the balcony if you want to stay home! If you have a boat, bring it because we have a 100ft dock with deep water access to Destin Harbor and Crab Island! Our 2 story home has a spacious back yard great for entertaining and second floor wrap around balcony with great views.
