Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath condo on the 10th floor. Located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Fully furnished kitchen. Master bedroom features king size bed; flat screen cable TV/DVD; blackout drapes.
Master suite bathroom has an oversized walk in shower & double vanity. Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; cable TV. Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity. Third bedroom has bunk beds twin over full. Living room has queen sleeper sofa /flat screen cable TV/DVD. Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished. Complimentary WIFI

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $50.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Damage Protection is mandatory.

No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their
designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Very clean apartment with a great view

I have to say that the apartment was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, which is very rare for me to say outside of my own home. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. Whenever I had a question prior to arriving, the manager got right back to me. They were very patient with me and I appreciated that.

Great property

Property was one of the best I’ve stayed in. Located within distance of everything and everywhere you’d want to go. There was plenty of space for everyone and room was clean and already equipped with all your necessities. Only hiccup was I paid extra for the room which was supposed to be ready at 1300 and unfortunately when I arrived they was still cleaning the room. Staff was friendly and said they wasn’t told by management and ask for an hour to finish things up so we had to make plans for something in the meantime. Other than that the experience was great I would consider revisiting.

Beautiful views and huge balcony

What an amazing condo! Lots of room, private beach entrance with private chair and umbrella. Food located just minutes down the road! Most walking distance!! Comfortable beds and just all around great experience! I will be staying again land recommending all of my friends and family here. Not a single complaint, and that’s a first, coming from a very picky person.

We had a great experience! The condo was very nice and updated. The views were amazing! We saw many sea animals from our balcony every day. The only issue we had was handled by the management immediately and the rest was great! I would definitely recommend to anyone. We will be back no doubt.

Great family condo

We were surprised how spacious the condo is! The rooms were large and very comfortable for multiple adults plus kids. The walk from the condo to the beach is very short. The beds were comfortable and condo had all the amenities we needed to cook for a crowd. Phenomenal rental service. Carolyn was excellent to work with! We had family staying in the building also and were able to request chairs next to them each day. Reasonably priced to add extra chairs! Only downside of the entire trip - we were stuck on the far end of the chairs (with a handicapped 78 year old who can walk very short distances) and told that they would move us down as people checked out, which never happened. They said chairs are assigned based on check in day. It would be so helpful if there was an exception policy for elderly people or those who are legitimately handicapped. It really put a damper on his trip. Something to consider if you have an older family member. We would definitely stay in this condo again, but not if we had a grandparent with us.
