Just a three-minute stroll to the famous sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast, with public beach access at the popular Crab Trap restaurant. Bella Vita embraces by its tropical charm, reminiscent of a warm, inviting breeze. The entrance, located on the second floor, opens into a beautifully decorated living area that exudes comfort and style. This space is designed for relaxation, featuring ample seating where you can unwind and take in your surroundings. Adjacent to the living area is an open gourmet kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar and a dining space that overlooks the serene Four Prong Lake. Step out onto the balcony to find a lounging area with views of the pool and the lake, perfect for savoring your morning coffee or enjoying an evening sunset. The hallway leads to the luxurious master King Suite, an elegant retreat that promises relaxation and indulgence. This suite includes a large, well-appointed master bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub and a cozy fireplace, making it a true sanctuary for relaxation.



For a breath of fresh air, ascend the staircase to the sun deck. This expansive open-air space is ideal for unwinding and soaking in the stunning coastal sunrises and sunsets.



On the first floor, you’ll find two king bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen TV for personalized entertainment. One of these bedrooms features a King Suite with a private bath and a flat-screen TV, adding a touch of luxury and privacy. The cozy décor throughout these rooms ensures Bella Vita feels like a true home away from home. Also on this floor is a fun bunk room with six queen bed bunks, perfect for accommodating family or friends. A comfortable living room and a connecting hallway seamlessly tie all the rooms together.



The spacious 20 x 10 kidney-shaped pool is located on the Western tip of Four Prong Lake, offering a private oasis for relaxation. Enjoy lounging and picnicking by the pool, and take advantage of the gas grill for cooking up delicious meals. The pool area is the perfect retreat after a day at the nearby beach, and you can swim in privacy even after the sun has set.



Gather on the third-floor sun deck to enjoy breathtaking views of the beach as the sun sets. The gourmet kitchen and family room open up to an outdoor balcony overlooking the pool, lake, and ocean, blending luxury with comfort. Bring your fishing poles and fish right from the lake, adding an extra layer of fun to your stay.

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week.  (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)



Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering. 



Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:

Bella Vita is located in the private gated community of Destiny West directly across the local seafood restaurant, Crab Trap. The public beach access called James Lee Park also sits directly across from Destiny West and Bella Vita. Bella Vita guest have access to all amenities that Destiny West has to offer. Which, includes access to the community pool, hot tub, fitness center, and tennis courts.
