This three bedroom newly renovated beachfront vacation rental condo, Crystal Dunes 306, located directly on the beach, will accommodate up to eight guests, making it an incredible choice for your next family beach getaway. Relax on your private covered balcony and take in the view while you enjoy the shade in comfortable lounge chairs. Take a short walk downstairs and spend your days soaking up the sunshine on the beach or splashing around in the community pool (seasonally heated) at Crystal Dunes. Vacation along the stunning white shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico at Crystal Dunes in Destin, Florida. As an added bonus, this condo comes with complimentary seasonal beach service including 2 chairs and 1 umbrella setup on the beach daily for your use. Seasonal beach service begins March 1st and ends October 31st.


The kitchen now features brand new stainless steel appliances and counter tops. The dining area and breakfast bar can now seat up to nine. The master bedroom features a king bed with incredible views of the Gulf, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom comes with a set of twin bunks each with their own flat-screen TV. In addition to the bedrooms the living area offers a queen sleeper sofa. This vacation rental condo can comfortably sleep a total of 8 people and is the perfect beachfront condo in Destin for your vacation getaway!


Crystal Dunes resort is in a convenient location directly on the beach and offers several amenities, including a community pool, hot tub, and barbecue grill area. Spend your days splashing around in the community pool at Crystal Dunes in Destin, or stroll down the private beach boardwalk and soak up some sunshine in the sand. Crystal Dunes also offers community barbecue grills for you to take advantage of when you are not delighting in a savory treat at a nearby restaurant.


*Please note per the HOA: Parking is permitted for 2 passenger vehicles per unit. No trailers, jet skis, RVs or boats are permitted in the parking lot. All vehicles require a parking pass or owner sticker issued by the Association. Vehicles without a parking pass will be towed at the owners expense.

The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with equipment. The sliding door and screen to the balcony was in need of some maintenance. The screen did not move freely in the track and was a two hand placement to gain use of the screen. Weather was very nice so that was a daily issue.

Booked unit 306 for two weeks well in advance of stay. Second booking for this unit. While unit is very nice, our experience was horrible. We were notified on the first Friday of our stay that balcony construction would begin on Monday and we would have no further access to our balcony, and, we should expect workers in our unit when inside access to balcony was needed. There was no prior notice when we made the reservation or at anytime prior to arrival. This was an extensive project which would have been planned well in advance of our stay. Property manager put fault with HOA. Stated that HOA would not provide exact date and that they were notified on the same day that we were notified. We had to scramble to find another property to rent which was extremely stressful. While we did get refunded for the nights that we did not stay and a small bonus refund, we ended losing money due to the higher rent rate of the new property. I did get to speak to Heather(manager) and she did work with the unit owner to get us the small bonus refund and also a 15% discount on our next stay. I appreciate her professionalism and empathy. Not sure that we will return based on the magnitude of this egregious error. Love the unit and the location but what a disappointment.

Everything was absolute perfection at the actual rental condo with the exception of the pool and hot tub. That was a total disappointment. We wondered why there was never anyone enjoying pool time. The water was absolutely frigid. Even in late August/early Sept the water should have been tolerable. Numerous complaints were heard by many renters during the week we were there. Someone should look into heating it, since the actual building blocks most of the sunlight to warm the water. The hot tub was also a total disappointment. The jets never worked the entire time we were there and the water was filthy. Again, lots of grumbling we overheard during our stay. We would rent again if something was done about the pool situation, as the actual individual condo we rented was very nice and the view was spectacular. Overall, we had a wonderful time but just a heads up for pool people like us!

Wonderful Spring Break

The condo is well done and it is right on the beautiful Destin beach. Beach, pool, hot tub... The area is quiet and safe. Destin has many shops and restaurants. I wish the city was less "commercial", however the condo and private beach made it feel much more quaint.

Very nice place.

It’s a very nice condo and set up great. Little noisy though as you can hear the rooms above you walking and thumping. As for the master bedroom the bed is amazing and the walk in shower is a plus. The down side is there is no privacy in the master bedroom with the barn door. It has a 2 inch gap all the way around and the living room can look right in. Other than that the place is amazing and would definitely rent again

Great Location & Accommodations

Loved this place for our family getaway!! Glass Casa Rentals took care of pretty much everything, even some fun activities around Destin. The condo was relaxing, comfortable, beautiful, & had all of the fun little things we needed for the beach, as well as to stay inside & entertain ourselves. And the view was incredible! It had almost all of the supplies we needed to cook & clean for our family of 5- really saved us time & money. We stayed 6 nights & did need to get some basics like dishwasher soap, laundry pods, trash bags, paper towels, & toilet paper (gave us 2 of each but those went quick!). We also had to go out & get seasonings like salt & pepper & such- not a big deal but it would be great to have a single service or smaller sizes option instead of having to buy it all & leave it there. Location was great too, close to everything & far enough away from the harbor for traffic not to be so crazy. We already want to come back!

Beautiful & Relaxing

The home & beach were beautiful. Had all of essentials plus more. Any questions that I had were answered immediately. The view of the water & beach was wonderful. Included were chairs & umbrella that were reserved for us everyday that we were there. The only glitch was initially getting the gate to open to enter the property. The pool was nice to have also. Everyone that we met was very friendly. It had everything we could have wanted.

Great Weekend Getaway

Stayed at CD306 and was very satisfied with the unit. It’s more geared toward adults as there is not a lot of amenities other than a pool and hot tub. Didn’t matter being this was an adult trip. The unit was clean, well stocked and very nice. The view is incredible and it’s right on the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Overall no issues during our stay and had a great time. Good location between destin and Miramar. Gated access and private beach. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location

Property was beautiful and just steps from the beach allowing us to go whenever. The beach service was a great touch. The condo was immaculate upon our arrival. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed and there were plenty of spare towels in the bathrooms. This was our first experience with a rental property and we were incredibly happy with our stay! We will definitely be back!

On the beach!

It was imperative to be on the beach and we were! The accommodations were very nice. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to cleanliness and only found the bathroom floor to not be up to my standards. The location to anywhere you would want to go is perfect! Ability to have long walks within a neighborhood or on the beach perfect! The beach was roped off just for our building which was very nice. The only improvements would be the couch’s are in need of replacing… they are so broken down that they are uncomfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous condo!

The decor in this condo is beautiful and relaxing. The building is quiet and the view is magnificent. I would change the master bedroom barn door asap, as it doesn't fit the door hole. We had to drape a blanket on the crown molding around the door to have privacy, but there was no sound privacy. No weird smells or broken things, a lovely place to stay.
