The spacious bedroom suite is furnished with a king bed and offers an adjoining master bath with a tub/shower combination. There is a built-in hallway bunk with two twin beds, lighting and storage. An additional hallway bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

Pelican Beach is located directly on the beach and is centrally located to all the dining and entertainment Destin is famous for including spas, shopping, golf, fishing, Big Kahunas Water Park (within walking distance) and more! The resort offers three swimming pools including an indoor/outdoor swim through pool and a kiddie pool, tennis, hot tub, huge sun deck, beachfront grills, fitness center, upgraded cable and super high-speed internet, on-site cafe and market, secure entry with guard attendants, and convenient parking. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
