'amazing experience! The staff was very helpful at all times, helping us plan activities and providing everything we needed, even before we arrived at the camp. The location of the Jima in the middle of the dunes is magnificent, the food is very good and plentiful. Jima was very clean and perfectly designed, including everything you would need. In our case we did a tour visiting the nomadic villages by 4x4 and quad bikes on the dunes, even at the campsite we went to by camel. Everything was...

'We had a great time at this hotel.
The staff were the highlight, in which nothing was too difficult for them and they were always there for whatever we needed.
In particular Alaa, Ahmed and Youssef were amazing and made us feel extra special.
The location is excellent if you want a view of the Pyramids of Giza which we had a lovely room right in front of them and also the new Grand Egyptian Museum.
Breakfast was a traditional Egyptian breakfast which was good, a lot of food and you can ask...

'The room had a beautiful view of the pyramids. It was clean. The staff were welcoming and provided me a birthday cake, in which unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to eat it because we arrived so late and were there for a short time and had a lot to do. The staff was so accommodating and served breakfast at the time we requested each morning. They also offered to transport us to different places and offered excursions. We will stay again. '
