'It’s a place where you can truly relax from the heart. We chose it as our base for visiting Saqqara on the last day of our Egypt trip, and it ended up being the best memory of our entire journey. 'We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were the highlight, in which nothing was too difficult for them and they were always there for whatever we needed. In particular Alaa, Ahmed and Youssef were amazing and made us feel extra special. The location is excellent if you want a view of the Pyramids of Giza which we had a lovely room right in front of them and also the new Grand Egyptian Museum. 'The room was spotless and huge. It was a deluxe room. The staff was perfect, kind, helpful, generous, and available, especially Nadine and Thomas. They really made the stay worth it. The room had a nice-sized fridge, and they offered to microwave anything I needed warmed up. They offered several tours that were reasonably priced, and I took one of the tours that included the pyramids. The trip was fabulous, the private driver and guide were excellent.
