The owner/property manager lives on the main level of the home so is available to answer all your questions about the property and the surrounding area. The apartment is completely separate from the upper level. The owner requests that you do not have events or make a loud noise after 10 pm.
In the summer, a fire pit and outside chairs will be available so you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful Colorado evenings. Also, an outside table and chairs will be place on the patio so you can enjoy eating outside and listening to the sounds of the creek.
