The house Vista del mar is located in a quiet residential area at the foot of the Montgo mountain and the sandy beach of Marineta Cassiana, as well as various other beaches of Denia, are only about 3 km away.

The newly renovated villa on 4 levels (parking-apartment1- apartment 2- pool level) offers two units appartments but the apartment 2 in the middle level stays closed during the rentals for 4 persons. The guests are disposing of the upper appartment with great sea views and the lower part of pool terrace with a guest toilet, summer kitchen, gas barbecue, and comofortable area for al fresco dining and sitting in the pool site and enjoying the marvellous vies. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 1 modern bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a newly renovated kitchen and living area and in front a covered terrace with dining place. There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living areas, which can be used for cooling and heating. Almost all rooms offer wonderful sea views. Outside there is an impressive view of the Montgo mountain range and its nature reserve. You can reach this on foot and take beautiful hikes. The wonderful 180 degree view of the sea, the port of Denia and the bay is the highlight of this location and lets holidaymakers experience the Mediterranean ambience. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a beautiful lawned garden with trees, a wonderful pool, beautiful views of the bay, sea, mountains, town and harbor and a beautiful view of the valley.The private pool, has a larger area that is ideal for children, as well as a whirlpool function and a water fountain. On the pool level there is also a separate summer kitchen, a large gas grill and a guest toilet. Various sun loungers and lounge sofa furniture, as well as a dining area complete the great outdoor area.

A very suitable villa for 2 people looking for the confort of spacious property but with reduced price.The villa Vista del mar can be rented for 4 people or for 8 people.

Important to know: There are 2 private parking spaces for 2 cars. You cannot park on the street. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Please note that for this accommodation a security deposit of € 850,00 is required.
