The Villa Riviera development is a well-maintained, child-friendly private residence consisting of several charming, unique white houses and spacious common areas. These include two great pools surrounded by lawns and palm trees, a tennis court that everyone can use, and parking spaces. The house comes with a reserved parking space.

The house is ideal for anyone who appreciates the beach, a pool, and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere on vacation. You can walk for kilometers along the sandy beach, and kitesurfing is also popular. Many guests explore the surrounding area by bike. A bike rental shop is nearby. You can also take the bus to the beautiful city center of Denia with its castle, market hall, and many shops.
