Elegant terraced house in a fantastic south position in Els Poblets

At House el Carmen we know that going on vacation is one of the best times of the year. Our townhouse is located in the beautiful community of Carmen II in Els Pobelts, where you can enjoy a perfect family vacation in peace and close to the beach. The house is divided into two floors. On the lower ground floor, there is a bright living-dining room with hot/cold air conditioning and direct access to the south-facing covered terrace, ideal for spending the whole day in the sun. On the same floor, there is a fully furnished and equipped kitchen with a toaster, refrigerator-freezer, filter coffee machine and Senseo Espresso, kettle, ceramic hob and oven, and of course, complete cutlery and crockery. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher. On the ground floor, there is a toilet. The upper floor is accessed by an internal staircase of approximately 15 steps and contains the two bedrooms, both with a double bed with two single mattresses. Both bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning systems. On the upper floor is also a complete bathroom with bath and shower. As if that weren't enough, there is a large communal pool with well-kept lawns and palm trees. There is also a parking space at your disposal, right next to the entrance door.
Location
Very good and quiet location in Els Poblets, just 900 meters from the beach and about 500 meters from the town center, where you will find a German supermarket, bakeries, and a kiosk. Alicante and Valencia airports are easily accessible by motorway in one hour.

Final cleaning is included in the price and additional cleaning with a dog is €50. Upon request, one bed linen and two towels per person are provided for €20. A rental deposit of €200 is also required.
