12 Denham Avenue, is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation. This magnificent holiday home is super spacious with five bedrooms in the whole house and situated perfectly right on beautiful Denhams Beach. With 2 spacious covered outdoor areas you can sit back and relax while taking in the stunning beach views. This house is perfect for any group wanting to enjoy the coastal lifestyle with 3 separate bathrooms , 2 kitchens, 3 bedrooms, fenced yard. No wifi.

Layout: This house is a split level home. Upstairs has a large open plan living, kitchen & dining with a huge lounge so the whole family can sit and enjoy movie time together. 3 bedrooms on this level downstairs through the garage is the laundry and separate bathroom area and a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms available for guests use.

Bedrooms: Linen is included, this includes sheets, pillows, pillow cases, doonas and blankets and bath towels. The cleaning fee when booking is actually the linen fee. Please bring beach towels. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms that include 1 king and 4 king singles. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds.

Bathrooms/Laundry: There are 3 bathrooms in this home, one with corner spa bath, two are located upstairs and the third is on the downstairs level. The laundry has a top load washer and a shower and toilet for convenience.

Outside: This yard is great to enjoy with the upstairs covered deck for you to sit back and enjoy the beach views while enjoying a drink or a nice BBQ. The yard is fully enclosed. To top off this perfect holiday home it even has it owns gate with access directly to the beach.

Parking: There is enough parking at this property for up to 5 cars at any one time. The property has 1 x carport, 1 x single car lock up garage and a long driveway for up to 3 cars.

Pets: Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.

Holiday Property in Need of TLC

The property is located in a prime location with stunning ocean views, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property left much to be desired, and several amenities were not as advertised.Some of the issues we encountered included:•The cutlery and utensils were not properly cleaned, so we had to wash them again before using.•The tiled floors appeared dirty and had not been mopped thoroughly.•We found cockroaches in the bedrooms, which was concerning.•Several blinds were either broken or not functioning properly.•Although linen and toiletries were listed as part of the amenities, we were disappointed to find that hand towels, shower gel, and shampoo were missing.•The front and backyards were not cleaned, and the car garage was full of dirt and debris.•To access the downstairs bedrooms, we had to walk through the unclean garage and a poorly maintained passageway, which was not ideal.Given these issues, we would likely not stay at this property again, nor would we feel comfortable recommending it to friends or family. It’s unfortunate, as the location has great potential, but the lack of attention to maintenance and cleanliness significantly impacted our experience.

Great location, five minute walk to beach out of back gate. Large house plenty of rooms, spacious lounge rooms. Comfortable beds, extra kitchen downstairs, bbq nice and clean, plenty of parking, close to IGA, bottle shop and chemist.

Plenty of space for the 7 of us. Large lounge room with enormous TV, adequate kitchen, sitting area off the kitchen, large dining room and good sized bedrooms. Great view of Denhams Beach from the large balcony. Would use this property again.

Beautiful location and house but unfortunately housekeeping let it down. Front path covered in magnolias flowers and leaves, very slippery. Cutlery drawer dirty, needed emptying and washing before use. When linen removed upon leaving some pillows no protectors very discoloured and mouldy. It was a shame as house in a beautiful spot and great for a number of people or two families.

Beautiful view of beach.

The deck is just fabulous with wonderful views. The house is spacious and in a great position. We really enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, swimming and watching all the dogs at Denhams. The house is big but not flash. It had loads of showers and two fridges which is handy for big groups. It had been cleaned, but not well enough. The garden had good bones but wasn’t tidy.

one of the best in the area

on our stay we had the whole property with 6 bedrooms plus so many toilets and showers for 5 couples. It falls short on nothing. Perfect location, magnificent view, 3 bedroom down-stairs, renovated large and fully furnished up-stairs plus a decent size TV. Providing a WiFi connection at home could make it best of the bests.

Beautiful view with easy beach access. The house has large open living areas with plenty of comfy lounges and space for a large family get together. The house is very well equipped and I would definitely be happy to stay there again. My family enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the waves and relaxing.
