Goed hotel. Heel modern en vriendelijk personeel.
Eerste dag hadden we elektrische problemen in de kamer. Stroom viel de hele dag uit. Vervolgens kregen we een andere kamer. Daar ging in de nacht ineens nood alarm af en waren er paar insecten en een gescheurde gordijn. Niet echt wat je verwacht bij een 5 sterren hotel. De volgende dag kregen we een excuses en een mooi opgemaakt bed vanwege ons huwelijksreis met een taartje en een gift.

Got a pick up from the airport late at night. Very efficient. When arrived at hotel check in staff where very good. Got a good night's sleep in a large comfortable twin room. Got a late dinner at 1am through room service. Was very tasty. Got breakfast too and could not fault. Will be staying again before I fly back to the UK.

This is an extremely average property. It boasts 5-stars but no way by western standards is it even close. By Indian standards it is decent. Of the 3 hotels I stayed in Aerocity this was by far the worst of the three. I wouldn’t stay here again. The price was high for the accommodations. The gym/fitness center was the best of the three though. The hallways are small and narrow. The room was dark without enough lights. The lighting in the bathroom was horrible. The food costs were exorbitant and 2000Rs after taxes to drive 5 minutes to the airport. Very overpriced.

Not a good experience as I got a different hotel room than what I had booked for. I had booked for a standard king size room however what I got was a twin bed and was asked to compromise.

The price is reasonable. Room and the whole building are clean. Restaurant is nice. Around this hotel, I could see only other hotels, and no nice places to visit, however it is no problem as a transit hotel. This hotel is your stable choice to wait another flight at New Delhi.

This hotel was not a five star property. The rooms were small and the bathroom linens were worn and not white white. We stayed here two nights, the bathrooms were not cleaned the second day. Just replaced the towels and the vanity items. The hotel takes advantage of the travelers in need of a ride to the airport. The concierge quoted is Rs.1400 for a Innova van the night before our checkout time. Next morning the front desk wanted Rs.2000. We did not have any other choice at 3:45 am and ended up paying their ridiculous price. At night time the front area was dark. Guests walking in from the World Market had some safety concerns. Overall, I will not stay here again for the ridiculous price they charge.

For international travelers, it’s a good spot to begin and end a journey. Close to the airport, with excellent cab services, it’s safe and convenient. Room service is very slow and almost made us miss our flight inspite of three reminders for breakfast.

This booking was for my parents for one night stay. I paid for early check in and got email confirmation from the hotel. When my parents got to the hotel, staff was extremely rude, asking them to come back at noon since rooms aren’t available. They even denied them breakfast that was included in the early check in Overall, the check in experience and staff was way below par compared to similar properties in aero city. Not going to book stay here again

Nice hotel, close to the airport.
Clean, modern & nice hotel near the airport. Lot's of shopping & restaurants in Aerocity to try. Staff is super friendly & really nice! Be aware that it costs drivers 30 rupees to come into the area (if they stay over 10 minutes), there are specific gates & such they must go through - they will try to get you to pay them. Best to stop just outside of the north gate and walk in! Most tuktuk drivers also charge more when you say you are going to Aerocity because of how nice it is there so get ready to negotiate hard. But there is a metro you should use instead! Airport transfer is a rip off - the hotel charges 1200 rupees, prepaid airport taxi is 1000 rupees and uber cost us 230 rupees! There is apparently a shuttle bus from the airport but we couldn't find it - order an uber!
