'First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be...

'Hotel is prima, avondploeg was vriendelijk, maar de ochtend ploeg keek chagrijnig en wilde mij niet graag te woord staan bij vragen over ontbijt of uitchecken.. ontbijtruimte en faciliteiten zijn niet voldoende voor de capaciteit van het hotel. 1 wafelijzer en 1 toaster zorgt voor rijen van een kwartier. Er wordt ook niet tijdig aangevuld, toen ik hierom vroeg werd ik nijdig aangekeken.
Kamer was zeer ruim en schoon, prachtig uitzicht op het ballpark was fantastisch. Bedden waren wel wat...

'ALL staff that we encountered was exceptional and what you would expect from a hotel as nice as the Fidelity. Superior double queen bed was perfect for my family of 3 and CLEAN. Short walk to a lot of restaurants, the ballpark & a lot of the city’s downtown attractions. We will definitely stay here again!'

'Did not have warm water. After 1 minute cold water the entire room smelled like a sewer. The bath was also moving 1-2 cm.
In the elevator there was the wetter of Jan-2026. We are now end of July.
Did receive an other room but after the switch we left one adapter in the old room and we noties this and were able to have a look. The adapter was gone and the next day we requested of housekeeping had found if but unfortunately not. Old tired furniture, not worth Westin standard. Only positive things...
