« They were fast getting a little problem fixed quickly. The staff was cordial .And if in that area again would chose this location to stay. Very close to the Ark Encounter and gas station across the street. To me, that made it easy and not having to do excess driving. Had no issues with parking and they were nice to accommodate me due to some issues in health and we were able to get a low level room. Breakfast was good. »

« It is an older facility but very clean . We stayed there to see the ARC. It was very close that we walked to the ARC from our room. The owners were very nice and helpful. They provide a continental breakfast. »

« The television did not work on arrival, and it took the staff person 3 hours to come fix it. The was no microwave in the room, no coffee pot, and there was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the morning at 7:30 am when we left. Our key card quit working and I had to make 3 trips to the office and it still never worked again. The staff person was terribly unhelpful! « Fire alarm went off at 11pm, staff had no control of this but it was an eventful night, keeping our 4 month old up the remainder of the night, also we had gotten bed bugs from the location, woke up with little red dots all over us. Waiting for a call back from the manager in the morning. »

« Good cheap place to stay, especially if you only plan to sleep there. Overall property was clean and easy to find, gas station was a 2min walk away for snacks and whatnot. There is a 15% off at the restuarant Nobles, if you stay at the Inn. Staff were all super friendly and answer questions/phone calls quickly. Property needs updating and cleaning practices could be better, the sheets on the bed had strains on them, but I always take my own blankets anyway. Some outlets worked some didn't,...

« The property was clean, newly built and updated nicely. The hotel seemed to look like the nicest and newest in a block of a few hotels right next to each other.
