'Es la segunda vez que lo elijo, excelente servicio, las instalaciones son lindas, cómodas y limpias. A excepción de que no había agua, sin embargo, lo resolvieron enseguida.'

'Location and staff were great. My only complaint/concern was the light timers seemed a little off. I missed a couple of steps that could be trip hazards due poor lighting with timer motion delays. Other than that, staff was great. Location was convenient. Our room was located directly under a terrace so it was really noisy. I requested to be moved and the staff immediately resolved the issue for us. We would stay here again in the future. '

'Centrum is op wandelafstand. Prachtig zicht op het dakterras. Heel vriendelijk personeel. De kamers waren heel proper. We hebben oorspronkelijk geboekt voor 2 nachten en zijn 4 nachten gebleven. Prijs kwaliteit heel goed! Wel geen airco of ventilator en de buurt ( straathonden, muziek,..) is wat rumoerig. '

'Súper bien ubicado , la vista desde el balcón muy bonita , a pesar de que Guanajuato es una ciudad muy movida en la noche en la Habitación no se escucharon tantos ruidos , pudimos descansar muy agusto , recomiendo su restaurante precios accesibles y buen sabor , personal muy amable . '

'BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! I highly recommend the rooftop suite, which has the best balcony with best views of this amazing town. Everything is within walking distance; I mean, from Callejo del beso, it's 3 minutes away, with bars, restaurants, etc. nearby, so you don't need to rent a car. 10 STARS! Bring your best walking shoes.'
