The staff at the front desk make this already beautiful hotel even better! The customer service was amazing you get welcomed every time you enter and exit and the lounge area is very relaxing. I lost my phone in a Didi and the 3 young staff at the front desk went out their way to ring up places to help locate it. We had a minor issue with our hotel room and they were quick to give us an upgrade which we appreciate very much. We stayed on the highest floor, the view was spectacular and the room was very well maintained with cleaners coming in very often. Management does their job very well! Everyone is kind at Tianya Wuxi and me and my brother would definitely book this place again! Thank you very much everyone you made our first time Chongqing experience a 1000/10

毛宏杰 寿寿 小冉 小隆 , They’re the best helper for hotel receptionist, they even help us to get ticket for boat rides. After visiting 5 different place for 10 days in China, this is the best hotel we’ve stay , Room was really clean other than the hotel crue and this place is really confinient to go to jiefangbei street mall. We definetly will be stay here again for our next visit to chongqing. Thank you for the great service for our stay.
