« Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. Stayed four nights and there was a bad smell. Apparently it was the open plumbing or sewer lines. Front door fell off the hinges See attached photos »

« Ben’s place was very cozy and comfortable. The location was great. Close to UConn and in a pretty area. The set up was great with a very comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, lots of hot water. The owner also freshly ground our coffee. The only downside was the sounds from the owners main house above-footsteps, voices… all normal but hard to ignore-sound proofing would go a long way. Good stay overall. »

« Overall, the unit isn't horrible. Location is ok. It was the experience that had a lot of drawbacks. When we arrived, the shower curtain was in the shower with the rod. It wouldn't stay in place, so I utilized the only wash rag there to place in between the shower curtain rod and the wall in order for it to stay secured while my family and I showered that night.
