Each room in this beautiful unit is tastefully adorned with flat-screen televisions, linens and décor. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, walk-in closet, and private sliding glass door to the sprawling balcony. The primary bathroom has an over-sized walk-in shower, double vanity and oval garden tub. The oceanfront second bedroom contains a king bed, walk-in closet, connecting full bathroom, and a private sliding glass door to the extended balcony. The third bedroom is located near the front of the condo and contains two full beds with access to the connecting full bathroom which hosts a walk in shower.

Delight in relaxing evenings in your oceanfront living room on comfortable, plush furnishings while enjoying your flat screen television. In addition to the living room, there is also a bay living room near the front door designed for pure relaxation while overlooking the breathtaking view of the Halifax River and lively city below. The bay living room also contains a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. To make chores less of a chore on your getaway, there is a full sized laundry room for added convenience. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen with top of the line stainless appliances. Host and entertain friends and family for dinner as the dining room has seating for 4 guests plus 3 bar stools along the kitchen counter and even an eat-in nook with both ample bench and chair seating. After dinner, indulge in a cocktail along with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean on the direct, oceanfront balcony. Stand in awe on your sprawling balcony while you not only listen, but see, seagulls flying by up close on the 17th floor. Decompress as you listen to the sound of waves crashing into the shore and feel the soft ocean breeze as you relax on the comfortable lounge furniture.

Towers Ten boasts an oceanfront heated pool and hot tub, a well-equipped gym, and a gorgeous club room. The club room is designed for entertaining and is equipped with a bar, kitchen and dining tables. The cutting edge health & fitness center allow you to exercise while surrounded by the peace of the ocean. The security answering system at the entrance and secured underground parking allows for peace of mind and exclusivity while on your beach getaway. The oceanfront pool and hot tub are surrounded by an oceanfront sun deck. Step down from the pool area to enjoy the large barbeque area with plenty of seating for an oceanfront picnic and even a fire pit! The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. Please note that even if you cancel outside of the cancellation window and receive a full refund, the "Booking Fee" is never refundable. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
