Primary bedroom offers king bed, large bath with walk in shower, garden tub, and his and her double vanity. Second bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. Bedroom three has 2 twin beds and is across from large guest bath with tub and shower.

Sanibel is located right next to the "traffic free beach" where a few steps away you will not have any cars driving by while you are enjoying the sun.

Take a stroll down the beach to Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joes Restaurant for cocktails over the ocean and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner,
or visit one of the many waterfront restaurants nearby. Just a 5 minute drive to the Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and a one hour drive to Historic St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, and all major theme parks.

Building amenities include sparkling oceanfront pool, oceanfront hot tub,
gym, and club room with pool table

Secured entrance to the building as well as secured underground parking for one car per unit. Upper open parking deck is first come first served. 2 Car Max per unit

Sorry the Sanibel building has a no pet policy

Sanibel is a one week minimum rental building.
