The hotel was okay. The deposit on Expedia was showing for 100 dollar. Once I arrived The staff stated since it the hotel I picked was upstairs downstair the deposit was 200 dollars. Instead them allowing me to go added it to my bank card so they can hold until I complete my stay. They decided charged me the 200 via cash which I was already skeptical on. The main problem was once I was leaving to check out, I made sure everything was cleaned up property. The staff would not want to return the 200 cash deposit due to the wash rag and the sheet from the bed having little icing on it. It never my attention for icing to be on the sheet but it happens sometime but on wash rag you would clean up with it beyond crazy. Charging 200 for both items you need to clean after someone use is a bit much. The staff was very rude when I called the 200 deposit and wouldn’t allow me to speak to the manager. I’m beyond upset and I hope someone contact me about this. I’m truly disappointed in this hotel. I wish business, manager and staff do better on hospitality and customer skills.
