Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Quite honestly the worst hotel experience i've ever had. We stayed at Shine Boutique Hotel for 10 days as every other hotel in Tagum were already fully booked. (It is not worth it to stay here considering how much you are paying for a night)
-First night we stayed - we got to our room and our beddings were stained, hair and debris all over the sheets and pillows. It looked like they didn't even bother to change the beddings.
- We had a night where we couldn't use our bathroom sink and shower because they "ran out of water". Our sink was clogged and it wouldn't drain. Our toilet was loud and making weird noises.
- My fiance and I were charged 5,000 for airport drop-off only(not including pick up). (Neither my partner or I are locals so we didn't know that was too expensive).My family confronted the hotel and the manager refused to talk to them directly. They ended up refunding us 1k. When asked for an original receipt, they gave us a handwritten one.
- The room that we were in smelled like gas and there was a loud beeping sharp noise outside our room that would go off every 30 minutes.
I was already aware that this hotel isn't luxurious therefore i wasn't expecting a lot. I atleast expected professionalism and cleanlinesss.
