'Algemeen leuke vakantiewoning. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars en niets is teveel om te vragen. Woning mocht wel netter zijn. Spinnenwebben in de oven en de kasten. Oppervlakkig wel proper.'

'Le séjour dans la maison c’est parfaitement déroulé. La maison est pratique, récente et bien pensée pour un séjour en famille. Proche du centre ville de Prayssac ou la ville offre un cadre sympa : restaurants, commerces… La communication avec les propriétaires se fait de façon simple.'

'Heerlijk huis met alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Het zwembad wordt iedere dag automatisch door een robot schoongemaakt. Wij waren er met twee gezinnen en het huis is groot genoeg om toch ook nog je eigen privacy te hebben.'

'We had a wonderful family stay at the villa in St etiennes de villereal. Very relaxing very spacious and that all important air conditioning! Guests will need to have a car as amenities are generally a short ride away. We loved the pool and outdoor space though this would have been perfect if outdoor seating had more comfort ( hence the overall 4 star rating) no cushions on sofas and one sunbed missing it's cushions- just small tweakes to make it perfect!'

'We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property. From the moment we arrived we were blown away by its charm and its tranquil surroundings. The house is absolutely stunning, every detail has been carefully thought out. From the tasteful decor to the high end appliances. One of of highlights was undoubtedly the pool, we spent lots of our time lounging on the sun beds watching the boys playing in the water. Even stargazing some evenings as the sky's were so clear. 'Maison typique du Périgord, l’endroit est spacieux et confortable au calme dans la forêt sans aucun bruit ! Sam qui habite sous la maison est très disponible et toujours à l’écoute ! Literie excellente, serviette de toilette digne d’un hôtel 5*, salle de bain spacieuse et agréables, plusieurs terrasses et endroits pour prendre le petit déjeuner, le midi ou l’apéro selon les envies ! Nous étions avec des enfants de 8 mois, 15 mois, 3 ans et 4 ans et cela a été parfait ! Le petit cours d’eau...
