BEDROOMS and BATHS: : Total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms downstairs, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. 2 FULL BATHS and 1 HALF BATH. One of the King bedrooms is considered your "master" suite located on our first floor with its own Smart TV set and wide glass doors opening up to the deck which faces the bay. Great unobstructed views, all the time. Attached to the master is a large bathroom. THe other first floor bedroom has a queen size bed and a private deck balcony which overlooks the gulf side. It is close to our second downstairs bathroom. Upstairs is another King Size Bedroom, plus the fourth bedroom which has 2 twin size beds. THere is another full bath upstairs.
LIVING SPACE/FIRST FLOOR: Large airy open two story living room, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. The diniing and living room areas open onto the back deck, with sliders. Also, double-height windows face the bayside.
