The kitchen is built for both everyday convenience and entertaining, featuring white cabinetry, generous counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with seating. Whether you're preparing a full family dinner or quick beach snacks, this space is fully equipped to meet your needs. A wet bar with a mini fridge just off the dining area adds extra convenience for entertaining. The dining table comfortably seats 10, with additional seating for 5 at the breakfast bar.

Sleeping Arrangements (sleeps 15):
• SE King Suite – King bed, TV, private bathroom, and direct access to the Gulf front deck
• SW King Suite – King bed, TV, private bathroom, Gulf front deck access, plus a twin pull out for additional sleeping
• NE Bedroom – Two full beds, TV, and access to a bathroom
• NW Bunk Suite – Two duo bunks with twin over full beds, TV, and access to a bathroom

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and privacy, and all bedrooms have access to a bathroom, making this home ideal for families and groups.

Pelican’s Perch truly shines outdoors with its two level Gulf front deck, designed to maximize both views and comfort. Enjoy multiple seating areas including:
• Outdoor dining table with seating for 6
• Lounge chairs for sunbathing on the upper deck
• Covered porch seating for shaded relaxation
• Gas grill for outdoor cooking

From sunrise coffee to sunset gatherings, the outdoor spaces create the perfect setting to take in the sights and sounds of the Gulf.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and cannot be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
