Gulf Front Home with 3 Master Bedrooms

006 Salty Kisses: 2600 sq ft of bliss on Dauphin Island's prime gulf-front sands. This four-bedroom, four and one half bath home was completed June 2018. With views of the Gulf of Mexico from every bedroom including three master suites with walk-in closets, and twin double beds in the fourth bedroom, this house accommodates 10 guests. Living room provides 60" flat screen tv and LP gas fireplace. Open floor plan also features a water view through French doors off the living room leading to screened and covered gulf-side deck. Separate seating area upstairs with additional TV. House amenities wifi & cable, dvd player, and parking and covered stairwell under house. Fully stocked kitchen boasts quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double oven, microwave drawer, 5-burner solid electric cook top. Coffee bar offers both Keurig and drip coffee makers. LG capacity washer/dryer in laundry room.

Sand, salt, & serenity

Salty Kisses is a fantastic place for a family to make beach beautiful memories! Clean, spacious, and close to the Gulf (75-100 yards) it lives up to its billing as a great property. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked for cooking, making it easy to simply "be at the beach". The ample outside decks provide great views for dolphin watching and star gazing (added bonus for us on July 4 was the perfect view of the fireworks show!) without feeling cramped. Property management was on point and responsive to any needs. This rental earned every star I could give it!

Perfect Set up

We had a wonderful stay! We traveled with 6 adults and 3 small children, the set up of the house was perfect. The upstairs work amazing for the 2 sets of parents and the kids staying in the middle room. The pool was the perfect size and our kids loved it. The beach was great and sand was perfect for playing in. Would stay here again. With having little kids I wish there were plastic plates/bowls of some sort. we brought our own beach toys and such, there were not a lot there which was not a problem, just good to know.

Great house with great location and amenities. We had a small problem with pool algae but pool service came within an hour and fixed it all up! Will stay here again for sure. Only improvement would be a propane grill!

We had a great stay the Salty Kisses unit in Dauphin Island. The house was very well stocked and even better than advertised. The new pool was a great feature to accompany the beach. Although a couple minor issues came up, the management company was quick to respond and made the experience very easy.

This property is BEAUTIFUL and has so many great amenities! It is right on the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you should need to cook while you're there. It is very spacious and clean. We had a few minor issues that we reported to property management and trust those will be taken care of before the next vacationers check in. This was our first time on Dauphin Island - we usually stay in Gulf Shores - and we loved the change of pace! Very quiet and laid-back. The only thing we had to get used to was how early everything closes and not to miss that last ferry back to the island if you spend some time over in Gulf Shores!! (That 2 1/2 drive around to come back via Mobile and the causeway sucks!)

Escape from Michigan Stay at Home 2020! 15 hours to perfection in Dauphin Island

After Alabama made their reopening announcements at the end of April for business and rentals, we pulled the trigger on getting out of the house in West Michigan and drove through the night on May 4-5 and even checked in early (not normal) at 2pm, one hour early. The home is perfect and our family (me, wife, three daughters aged 16, 14, 11) love it - everyone has their own space and the open floor plan when gathering to eat and at night to chill was excellent. Overall this was our first time to Dauphin Island and we were very impressed and hope to return, and hopefully this home again!

PARADISE!

We stumbled upon the listing while doing a quick search for any beachfront property to save a busted vacation amidst COVID-19. We made a rash decision late one night, booked the house (never even knowing what Dauphin Island was), got in the car the next morning and drove down. WOW! ACP rentals were phenomenal to work with, prompt with their responses to our questions and ensured us that we wouldn't want to leave this house. They were correct! The house feels like its on a private island. Decorated like an elegant dream beach house. I have no idea how they could get it so spotless between guests renting week after week. There was no detail missed! We loved it so much, we extended our stay several days and rebooked to return! We loved that the island isn't commercialized. Amanda with ACP couldn't have been more courteous and professional to work with! 💙

First visit to Dauphin Island

Our family likes a beach that's not crowded. The home we've used for the past several years has still not recovered from Hurricane Michael so we had to search for a new one. This home was lovely in every way possible. Great layout and furnishings and close to the beach. The grandkids want to move there!
