'Right in the middle of town. Walkable to everywhere you need to go. Staff were very friendly. Room was basic but had everything we needed or wanted! Kettle in the room was great for some tea. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Would def stay here again if I come back to Darlington'

'Room dated very uncomfortable bed, no WiFi in room and very noisy from pub till 1130pm'

Combined with its picturesque setting and relaxed, peaceful atmosphere, it’s the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway...

'We enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff. Loads of old Roman ruins around the property '

'Great staff, restaurant and breakfast'

'The room smelled badly of smoking. 🚬 staff were okay. Area was sketchy. Sorry but I can’t recommend this place.'
