I expected this stay to be better, the AC did not work and was not checked when I reported the issue (had to go to target to buy a fan). Door stoppers are placed in odd locations throughout the room, watch your step because you could get injured. The lights kept on flickering throughout our stay. The WiFi was inoperable, maybe this was due to us being on a higher floor, but our cellular network was better. For almost 2 grand you would expect good wifi to be a basic standard. This hotel has the potential to be the best but needs to really improve before they could get there.

Such a great hotel in NYC for a weeks stay with teenagers!! Location is amazing, steps away from subways, Times Square, theaters and Bryant Park. The staff is just awesome, so friendly, fast, professional and calm, genuinely caring. Rooms are a bit outdated and NYC size, so small, but convenient, with a large bathroom and more closet space than usual. Good continental breakfast included and complimentary water and snacks. The only thing is the elevators, always packed. They gave us a lower room, who needs a view, be out and about, take the stairs instead. Great value for money!!!

It wasn’t neat at all (cockroaches on sink, hairs from other people in the bed and towels, poo on toilet seat, smelly). If your allergic to cats, don’t go here. Also they’re in control of the heat in the rooms so it got reallyyy hot at night and you can’t leave the window open. On the plus side kind staff and good location also for New York very affordable.

Large area hotel rooms with decent price quality ratio. Would come back.
